NMRV Series Worm Gearbox — Selection guide
NMRV — Selection Workflow
Selecting a NMRV gearbox starts with five inputs: motor power, input speed, output speed (or ratio), output torque, and duty profile. CHINFAR's engineering team validates each selection against the load spectrum and operating environment before quotation.
Required inputs
- Motor nameplate: power (kW), speed (rpm), service class
- Driven machine: type, daily operating hours, start/stop frequency
- Transmission: coupling or belt drive, output shaft orientation
- Ambient conditions: temperature, dust, moisture, ATEX zone (if any)
- Mounting: foot, flange, shaft-mounted, or torque-arm
Engineering review
Each submitted inquiry is reviewed by our application engineers. Selection is confirmed against thermal capacity, mechanical strength, and service factor before quotation.
