Manufacturing capability
Manufacturing capability is presented as evidence: process ownership, equipment list, inspection flow and metric definitions follow management-confirmed information.

Manufacturing overview
The joint manufacturing system operates a base of approximately 8,000 m² with 26 listed core machining units (Qinchuan CNC machines, lathes, horizontal machining centers, gear hobbing and gear grinding machines), forming a project chain covering key component machining, assembly, inspection, packing, delivery and after-sales tracking.
In-house core processes
Gear, shaft and key transmission component machining, assembly and inspection capability (management-confirmed scope).
Partner supply chain
Non-in-house processes are completed by long-term supply partners under final control of the joint system.
Integrated supply products
Certain categories are integrated supply, managed by the actual production route and quality requirements.
Listed core machining equipment
The list covers 26 units across five confirmed equipment categories — not the total plant count (source: CLAIM-CF-EQUIPMENT-LISTED-TOTAL-026). Equipment photos to be added.
