ZLYJ Main Gearbox vs R/F/K/S Auxiliary Drives on Extrusion Lines
Author: HUIGUANG × CHENGFA Transmission Technical Team · Updated: 2026-08-18

A ZLYJ gearbox serves the single-screw extruder main drive and must account for screw-driving torque and axial thrust. R/F/K/S modular geared motors generally serve haul-off, conveying, mixing, feeding and other auxiliary stations where shaft layout, output speed, load and mounting dominate.
| Station | Starting product | Main inputs |
| single-screw extruder | HUIGUANG ZLYJ | torque, thrust, screw, duty, cooling |
| haul-off/conveying | CHENGFA R/F/K | speed, torque, layout, continuous duty |
| mixing/feeding | R/F/K/S or cycloidal | starts, shock, speed control, mounting |
| compact right-angle auxiliary | K/S or worm | space, efficiency, heat, shaft load |
The objective is to select each station correctly, not to treat a main extruder gearbox and a general geared motor as the same product. Submit the complete line data to sales@chinfar.com for brand-accurate engineering routing.
