H-Series Parallel-Shaft vs B-Series Right-Angle Gearboxes

Author: HUIGUANG × CHENGFA Transmission Technical Team · Updated: 2026-08-15

HB series variant engineered configuration

The first distinction is shaft orientation: H series is designed around parallel input and output shafts; B series introduces a bevel stage for right-angle transmission. Layout selects the architecture, while torque, heat and shaft loads select the configuration.

Changing from right-angle to parallel-shaft transmission during a retrofit may affect couplings, foundations, guards, maintenance access and machine loading. Submit the general arrangement, shaft directions, power, speeds, duty, shaft loads and site photographs to sales@chinfar.com.
