Match the product to the manufacturing resources

The manufacturing base supporting the joint system covers approximately 8,000 m². A July 2026 list identifies 26 core machining units in five categories: six Qinchuan CNC machine tools, four lathes, four horizontal machining centres, six gear hobbing machines and six gear grinding machines. This is the total of those five listed categories, not a claim about every machine or the capacity of one product family.

Internal records for the latest rolling 12 months report an on-time delivery rate above 98%, calculated as orders completed on or before the agreed date divided by all orders due in that period. Neither metric is a promise that every product will be maintenance-free or that an unconfirmed order can meet any requested date.
