Extrusion Line Drives | ZLYJ Main Gearbox and Auxiliary Geared Motors

An extrusion line normally uses several drive systems. The single-screw extruder main drive can be evaluated with a HUIGUANG ZLYJ gearbox, while feeding, mixing, haul-off, conveying and pelletizing equipment can use CHENGFA R/F/K/S, cycloidal or worm geared units selected for each station.

ZLYJ selection brings together input power and speed, ratio, nominal output torque, permissible thrust, screw diameter, continuous duty, lubrication and cooling. Auxiliary drives focus more on output speed, starts, variable load, shaft arrangement and mounting. One product family should not be applied indiscriminately across the line.
