Cycloidal Reducer Installation & Maintenance

Confirm model, ratio, mounting orientation, shaft/interface dimensions and alignment before installation.

Do not force couplings or pulleys onto the output shaft.

For WB units, use the published grease-maintenance and installation instructions. For other cycloidal families, use the lubrication instruction applicable to the ordered model.

Record model, ratio, motor data, mounting direction, lubrication work, leakage, abnormal noise/vibration and corrective action.
