P-V — Mounting Configurations

P-V gearboxes support multiple mounting configurations: foot-mounted (B3), flange-mounted (B5), shaft-mounted (B14), and combined variants. All units ship with installation manuals and dimensional drawings.

Pre-installation checks

Verify shaft orientation matches the order specification
Inspect for transit damage before mounting
Confirm foundation flatness and bolt grade
Check oil fill level (units ship without oil unless specified)

Commissioning

Run-in period: 50 hours under no-load or light-load conditions, then inspect oil condition and bolt tightness. Detailed commissioning procedure is included in the shipment package.
