Custom — Lubrication Schedule
Custom gearboxes use mineral or synthetic gear oil per ISO VG 220 / 320 / 460. Oil change intervals depend on operating temperature, duty cycle, and oil type. Standard recommendation: 10,000 hours or 24 months, whichever comes first.
Maintenance points
- Daily: visual inspection for oil leaks and abnormal noise
- Monthly: check oil level via sight glass or dipstick
- Quarterly: verify breather valve is unobstructed
- Annually: oil analysis for high-duty applications
Spare parts
Common spare parts (oil seals, bearings, gaskets) are stocked for fast delivery. Contact our service team with the unit serial number for guaranteed compatibility.
