CFG High-Torque Extruder Gearbox
A CHINFAR-branded high-torque product page that treats CFG as an independent platform.
Suggested opening copy
CFG is CHINFAR's high-torque single-screw extruder gearbox platform. It is managed as an independent product family with its own dimensional and performance data. A CFG selection should always be tied to a defined performance point and verified mechanical interface.
CFG is a separate high-torque platform
CFG is CHINFAR's high-torque single-screw extruder gearbox family. It should not be treated as another name for ZLYJ or ZSYJ. Even where numeric size codes look familiar, selection and replacement have to be based on the actual performance point and physical interfaces.
Use a performance point, not a model label
For a high-torque gearbox, the model name alone is too coarse. The engineering configuration is the combination of model, input speed, ratio, output speed, permissible input power, rated output torque, thrust arrangement and mechanical interface. A quotation should be tied to that configuration.
Mounting, shaft fits and spline geometry
The CFG dimensional system includes mounting datums, input shaft fit information, output-side geometry and thrust-interface dimensions. When an existing high-torque unit is being replaced, these fields should be compared as a mechanical fingerprint. A dimensional match on one or two values is not proof of interchangeability.
Lubrication and thermal control
The CFG source system includes model-specific lubrication and cooling-related data, so the final lubrication method and cooling arrangement must follow the selected configuration and service condition. Oil quantity or oil mass must be kept with its correct unit; values from different series must never be merged into one generic table.
Replacement review
For a replacement project, compare the installed unit and candidate side by side: mounting footprint, center height, input fit, output spline, thrust interface, cooling connections, lubrication arrangement, motor data, ratio, output speed and required torque. Treat the result as a replacement candidate until the full checklist is closed.
Recommended technical figures
Use only the verified/sanitized engineering figures already cleared in the final technical-document system or new CHINFAR-owned visuals. Do not recreate unverified mechanical geometry.

FAQ
FAQ
- Is CFG the same as ZLYJ with a different name?
- No. CFG is a separate CHINFAR high-torque platform and must be selected from its own performance and dimensional data.
- Can CFG size numbers be matched directly to another series?
- No. Numeric size similarity does not establish engineering equivalence.
- What data is most important for a CFG replacement?
- The complete performance point plus the mounting, input, output spline and thrust-interface geometry.
