نظرة عامة على التصنيع

يعمل نظام التصنيع المشترك على قاعدة تبلغ مساحتها نحو 8,000 متر مربع وتضم 26 وحدة تصنيع أساسية مدرجة (ماكينات CNC من Qinchuan، مخارط، مراكز تصنيع أفقية، ماكينات تفريز وتجليخ التروس)، لتشكّل سلسلة مشاريع تغطي تشغيل المكونات الرئيسية والتجميع والفحص والتغليف والتسليم والمتابعة بعد البيع.

In-house core processes

Gear, shaft and key transmission component machining, assembly and inspection capability (officially released scope).

Partner supply chain

Non-in-house processes are completed by long-term supply partners under final control of the joint system.

Integrated supply products

Certain categories are integrated supply, managed by the actual production route and quality requirements.
