Cycloidal Reducer Selection Guide
Updated: 2026-09-15
Required inputs
Motor power and input speed, required output speed or ratio, actual load torque, operating hours, starts, shock level, shaft loads, mounting direction and interface constraints.
Ratio
Output speed ≈ input speed / ratio.
X/B
Use the exact allowable input-power and permissible-output-torque table for the selected frame, ratio and input speed.
8000
Use the corresponding conventional X/B frame group through the 8000 reference mapping.
WB
Use the published motor/ratio matrix, allowable output torque, service factor and dimensional data.
Loads
Verify radial load. Significant axial load requires specific engineering confirmation when no rated axial value is published.
Final check
Close the selection with exact shaft, foot/flange, motor and frame dimensions.
