What information is needed to select a RV gearbox?
Provide motor power and speed, driven machine type, duty cycle, ambient conditions, and mounting orientation. Our engineering team will validate the selection and return a confirmed offer within 1-2 business days.
Is dimensional interchangeability with other brands available?
CHINFAR RV units are designed with reference to widely used international gearbox series. Reference dimensions are documented in our datasheet; for replacement projects, contact our engineering team with the original model number.
What oil should be used?
Mineral or synthetic gear oil to ISO VG 220 / 320 / 460 depending on operating temperature. The exact oil grade is specified in the installation manual shipped with each unit.
How long is the warranty?
Standard warranty is 18 months from shipment or 12 months from commissioning, whichever occurs first. Extended warranty options are available on request.
